The Battle Creek Farmers Market only has a few dates left in the season!

The Battle Creek Farmers Market is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesdays in October at Festival Market Square, 25 McCamly St. S, in Battle Creek, offering fresh produce grown by local farmers.

Along with local vendors, the market, which is open each year from May through October, offers live music and food trucks.

“This fall, the Farmers Market provides Michigan apples, cider and lots of pumpkins, mums and squash. Fresh tomatoes and sweet corn are other customer favorites,” Battle Creek Farmers Market Secretary Treasurer Brigette Leach said. “And that’s just a few delicious items you’ll find at the market. You’ll also find an excellent selection of baked goods, including bread, cookies, pies, cupcakes and more. Even gluten-free items.”

The Battle Creek Farmers Market gives the community an opportunity to connect with local farmers and artisans for fresh food and more. New customers and vendors are always welcome.
